I want to commend your service department. My
BMW R1200R was in to replace the front rim which broke when I rode over a
trench in a road construction area. The rim didn't look too damaged to me, and
the tire was holding pressure, so I rode it home without incident. The next day
I talked to your service Manager Joseph, and he gave me some very good advise:
Don't ride the bike, the tire could blow out. I am glad that he said that,
otherwise I may have ridden it in to your repair shop. Joseph was great, he arranged
pick up of the bike, ordered a new rim and other parts. He also helped with my
insurance claim, and showed the bile to the insurance adjuster. Joseph gave me
some more good advice: replace the rear tire so that I would have a matched
Michelin set. He also gave me a good price, so I followed his advice. Jeremy
installed the Michelin tires, checked out the bike and did a test ride. I
picked up the bike a few days after it was dropped off. I noticed immediately
that the stability an performance was greatly improved with the new tires, and
the work that Jeremy did. Jeremy is truly a master mechanic. He has been
servicing my bike since I bought it in October 2010. It runs flawlessly, and
most importantly, I feel safe on the bike as a result of Jeremy's efforts. I
would never think of taking my bike elsewhere for service as long as Jeremy and
Joseph are in your employ. Please take good care of these guys. Best regards,
